Had to pop by #beachesanimalhospital to pick up pain meds for the woofers (preventative), and so took advantage of being down there to go to the off leash area. Somedog decided he HAD to go swimming, even though he was a bit sore (guess it's a good thing I got pain meds for him!) already. Very happy to see that everyone was being responsible and practicing #socialdistancing .
I was bummed that life managed to get in the way this weekend, and I wasn’t able to participate live in any of the @mypeakchallenge Gala weekend activities. Thankfully my amazing kid asked to do some Zoom yoga tonight, and we were able to take part in @fitmooney yin + yang recorded yoga session. The mat was a little crowded but it was the perfect end to a hectic weekend. Peace out Peakers ✌🏻 #mpc2020#yoga#germanshepherd#doga

Ruby likes to help herd the cows out of the barn. But tonight it seems she was following a little too close. What’s worse, is she knows that she is about to get hosed off.

1½wks into healing = jewlery change. Can you tell I love opal? Rather than saline or the advertised piercing cleansers, I've been using the same that I had to use post-op last year. Everything is healing nicely. It is NOT recommended to change piercings this quickly, the longer bars meant to allow for swelling cause incredible irritation thanks to my natural hair. -
My lobes healed almost immediately. Both of my helix piercings were simple, the worst part was the long bar as it moved constantly doing nothing but irritating. Only one of my middle piercings is healing smoothly, the left side is nothing but trouble and pain. (Patience required). -
Did you know that when it comes to healing, the navel tops the list of the longest at 12 months? My previous was ripped straight out and left a massive scar that took 5 years to reduce enough for me to redo. I'm dying to change jewlery but I have no interest in irritating the healing process. -
today i went on a fun trip to the river and swam in deeper water for the first time. im growing out of playing the kid pool 🤪 i cant wait to be able to go on longer walks (puppies need to grow and make sure their joints dont mess when over exercising) so that i can eventually go on hikes. my dad has a list of lots places he wants to take lobo and i when i get bigger
